Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer (Reinforced Concrete) for an on-site role in Quezon City. You will develop RC drawings, perform analyses, and coordinate with design teams to ensure constructability of solutions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Construction Engineering and 4–5 years of RC design experience, with exposure to PT, steel, and precast systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and NSCP code knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering; civil/industrial construction preferred.
• 4–5 years of RC design experience, with industrial projects.
• Proficient in English, AutoCAD, Revit, and RAM Concept/Tekla.
• Strong NSCP code knowledge and general office software proficiency.
• Dynamic, proactive, and able to work in a technical team.
• Experience with RC, PT, steel, hybrid slabs, or precast is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural drawings for RC, PT, and steel elements using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform structural analysis and design using RAM Concept, Tekla, and related tools.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure constructability and consistency.

Structural Engineer (Reinforced Concrete, Post-Tensioned Systems, Structural Steel, Hybrid Slab Systems & Precast Concrete)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop structural drawings (slabs, columns, walls, etc.) using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Undertake structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete (RC), post-tensioned (PT) systems, structural steel, hybrid slab systems, and precast concrete elements using engineering software such as RAM Concept, Tekla, and other relevant tools.
• Coordinate and collaborate with design teams to ensure technical consistency and constructability of structural solutions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering (preference for Civil and Industrial Construction).
• Has experience with industrial projects
• Proficient in English, AutoCAD, Revit, structural analysis/design software, and general office computer applications.
• Must have strong knowledge in NSCP code.
• Practical experience in RC, PT, steel structure, hybrid slab systems, or precast concrete design is highly desirable.
• Dynamic, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a technical team environment.
• 4–5 years of relevant structural design experience.
