Qualifications

5-7 years of strategic sourcing, category management, and/or consulting experience.
Experience supporting category strategy development, executing sourcing events, and contract negotiations.
Ability to use AI responsibly in day-to-day work and adapt to new methods.

Responsibilities

Execute sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach and RFx events.
Develop and support category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines using market intelligence and analyses.
Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiations.
Champion AI and digital tools to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
Contribute to market intelligence and thought leadership content for internal and external stakeholders.
Support business development via contract assessments, due diligence, and case studies.
Mentor peers in sourcing execution, AI literacy, and procurement best practices.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement delivery models and supplier engagement.
Willing to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.
