Qualifications

• Process daily A/R transactions to keep ledgers up to date.
• Verify invoices and delivery orders from warehouse/3PL.
• Post and reconcile customer payments to GLs.
• Prepare weekly aging reports for key personnel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
• Generate and mail monthly statements to customers.
• Collaborate with Financial Controller to achieve collection goals.
• Communicate with sales to complete duties and resolve billing issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash.
