Nickel Asia Corporation seeks an experienced Community Relations professional to lead program development, training, and outreach in mining communities. You will build strong relationships, oversee SDMP activities, and mentor junior staff to align with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in PR, development communications, community development, or related field.
• At least 10 years' experience in community relations work.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy for building and maintaining programs and activities that will have a positive impact and social acceptability in the mining communities
• Develop standard training programs to enhance the capacity and capability of site (subsidiaries) community relations personnel
• Build and maintain relationships with members of the community, key individuals, and other organizations (Institutional Strengthening)
• Conduct and maintain monitoring and evaluation activities for the SDMP and community-based CSR programs of all operating mines
• Serve as a mentor to junior staff members and assist with their professional development to ensure alignment with the company's strategic initiatives
