OceanaGold is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Manager - Community Relations and Development. This role is a critical leadership role for the Didipio mine, reporting to the Country President & General Manager External Affairs and Social Performance. The position will lead the External Affairs and Social Performance function at the Didipio Mine, building trusted and sustainable stakeholder relationships while managing social, human‑rights, regulatory and operational risks and opportunities. Integrate social performance across operations and project development to support compliance, sustainable development and the mine’s social licence to operate.
