Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and design phases for stores and locations.
• Coordinate bidding and cost evaluation activities.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure schedules are met and budgets controlled.
• Inspect quality and manage project turnover to operations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure store maintenance projects meet target timelines and budgets.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as needed.
