• Secure high-visibility retail locations, focusing on top-tier malls and dealer sites.
• Manage fixture maintenance, repairs, and store display upgrades for safety and appeal.
• Coordinate with regional PICs to identify display improvements and implement merchandising enhancements.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to execute in-store display strategies and promotions.
• Manage budgets for retail front projects, including planning and cost control.
• Prepare and coordinate contracts and documentation with stakeholders, dealers, and vendors.
• Oversee Zero Front Management to maximize sell-out and ROI.
• Build strong dealer relationships to align operations, visuals, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors on design, execution, and cost negotiations for fixtures.
