Job summary

Quantrics Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Storage and Backup Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise storage and backup environments. You will design architectures, manage day-to-day operations, and perform root cause analysis to maintain data availability and integrity.

Collaboration in an Agile setting with system admins to drive performance improvements is essential. The role emphasizes migration support, automation through CLI scripting, and planning of future storage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field.
• 7+ years of experience in storage and backup design and operations.
• Experience with NetBackup and Commvault in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end storage and backup infrastructure based on customer requirements.
• Manage full lifecycle of storage and backup infrastructure across FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS within NetApp NAS systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis of backup issues and optimize performance.
