Job summary

Mastercard in Manila is seeking an Analyst/Senior Staffing Analyst within the Advisors Client Services team. You will work closely with cluster leaders, PMs and squad leads to align staffing with engagement needs and optimize resource utilization.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the client services organization delivers on strategy while developing talent.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall career experience in professional services industry.
• Partner at heart – Needs to work in very close partnership with Client Service team members.
• Business acumen – Understands business drivers to optimize resource utilization.
• Agile – Experience working in an Agile environment with sprints and changing briefs.
• Project management – Able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Process staffing needs at cluster level and coordinate prioritization between Product lines.
• In cooperation with Client Service leadership, assign resources to client engagements based on predefined criteria.
• Manage settings in internal systems through all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
• Aggregate regional utilization indicators and ensure accuracy about available capacity.
• Collaborate with squad leads and people managers to translate performance data into development opportunities.
