Job summary

Infineon Technologies Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Test Engineering to lead product qualification, yield optimization, and manufacturing readiness initiatives while partnering with global teams.

You will drive test program development for Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms, analyze data, and push continuous quality improvements to ensure production readiness and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Min 5-7 years of semiconductor test engineering experience with strong knowledge of ATE platforms, test methodologies, and production test processes.
• Hands-on programming experience in Java, Python, and other software development languages.
• Expertise in Advantest V93K and Nextest Magnum 1/2 test platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with proven experience solving complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience in wafer sort and final test hardware design is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with New Product Development teams to support product introduction, production ramp, and ongoing test solution ownership.
• Develop, convert, and optimize test programs across Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms while ensuring robust test coverage and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead test program installation, correlation, qualification, and production release activities.
• Analyze test data and collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality, yield, test time, and cost efficiency.
• Identify test coverage gaps and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance product reliability and manufacturing performance.
• Create innovative test methodologies and characterization programs to support new product development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
