Qualifications

• Hands-on programming in Java and Python.
• Experience with Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with New Product Development to support product introduction and production ramp.
• Develop and optimize test programs across Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms.
• Lead test program installation, correlation, qualification, and production release.
• Analyze test data to improve product quality, yield, test time and cost efficiency.
• Identify gaps and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance reliability and manufacturing performance.
• Create test methodologies and characterization programs for new product development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

As a Senior Staff Engineer, Test Engineering, you will lead product qualification, yield optimization, and manufacturing readiness initiatives while partnering with global teams to drive continuous improvement and customer success.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Partner with New Product Development teams to support product introduction, production ramp, and ongoing test solution ownership.
• Develop, convert, and optimize test programs across Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms while ensuring robust test coverage and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead test program installation, correlation, qualification, and production release activities.
• Analyze test data and collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality, yield, test time, and cost efficiency.
• Identify test coverage gaps and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance product reliability and manufacturing performance.
• Create innovative test methodologies and characterization programs to support new product development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Min 5-7 years of semiconductor test engineering experience with strong knowledge of ATE platforms, test methodologies, and production test processes.
• Hands-on programming experience in Java, Python, and other software development languages.
• Expertise in Advantest V93K and Nextest Magnum 1/2 test platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with proven experience solving complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience in wafer sort and final test hardware design is highly desirable.
