Qualificações

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in high-tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and report cash activity.
• Process AP vendor invoices and code entries.
• Onboard vendors and serve as primary contact.
• Improve monthly close through system/process enhancements.
• Review credit card statements and related entries.
• Process employee expense reports per policy.
• Support external audits and tax compliance.
• Drive financial system improvements and controls.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc cross-functional projects.
