Job summary

Partners Group in Taguig, PH seeks a Senior Investment Structure / Execution Professional to own day-to-day SPV governance and administration. The role requires reviewing NAVs, financial statements, and audit deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and external administrators, and driving improvements to processes.

You will work with Finance, Tax, Legal, and auditors to ensure smooth operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Accounting or audit background is required, ideally with a degree or professional qualification.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, NAVs, reconciliations, and external administrator oversight.
• Ability to review outputs, coordinate stakeholders, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and lifecycle management of SPVs across jurisdictions.
• Review NAVs, management accounts, financial statements, quarterly reports, and audit deliverables.
• Coordinate reporting, governance, capital calls, distributions, and offboarding within timelines.
• Act as day-to-day oversight contact for service providers, monitoring quality and invoices.
• Work with Finance, Tax, Legal, and auditors to ensure smooth operation of structures.
• Identify risks and process gaps; propose improvements and escalate material matters.
• Contribute to procedures, trackers, dashboards, and coaching of juniors.
