• 3+ years in customer service or finance industry preferred.
• English proficiency required for internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, end-to-end customer experience with products and data.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through expertise and reliability.
• Engage with clients for updates and issue resolution.
• Participate in pre-sales and retention initiatives via A2E program.
• Lead knowledge management and self-help initiatives, including AI tools.
