Role Overview The Marketing Executive (OPM) supports the performance marketing team in executing acquisition campaigns for FutureLearn’s Online Program Management (OPM) partnerships. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager(s), Head of Performance Marketing and agency teams, this role contributes to paid media delivery, asset coordination, campaign tracking, and continuous optimisation of learner recruitment activity.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager/s and Head of Performance Marketing with campaign execution, creative coordination, and performance tracking across Google, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, and affiliate channels.
- Liaise with agency partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time, in line with brand and compliance requirements.
- Maintain campaign trackers, asset libraries, and shared campaign calendars to support efficient team collaboration.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor daily lead volumes and media performance across active campaigns using Looker Studio, GA4, Power BI, platform dashboards, and Salesforce reports.
- Assist in identifying underperforming segments, suggesting optimisations, and escalating any data integrity or tracking issues.
- Prepare regular performance summaries to inform campaign decision-making and strategy reviews.
Asset Development & Optimisation
- Brief and review creative assets (ad copy, banners, video, etc.) in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager and external creative teams.
- Maintain accurate UTM structures and ensure tracking is correctly implemented across all ads and landing pages.
- Coordinate landing page updates and support A/B testing initiatives to improve CVR and user engagement.
Audience & Market Research
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research to inform new campaign opportunities and targeting strategies.
- Support segmentation and creative personalisation strategies using insights from Salesforce, platform tools, and third-party data sources.
Collaboration & Cross-Team Support
- Work with sales, partnerships, and product teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned to current programme availability, pricing, and USPs.
- Collaborate with CRM and Creative teams to ensure seamless lead nurture journeys and Salesforce-integrated campaign activity.
- Support planning of campaign launches, programme announcements, and enrolment-driven pushes in line with intake timelines.
- Contribute to internal QA and review processes across key campaign launches to ensure consistent and accurate deliver
