Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Scout to lead high-volume candidate generation across social channels, job boards, and CRM platforms. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and collaborate with recruiting teams nationwide to meet hiring goals.

The role requires proactive outreach, strong internet research, and the ability to work with quotas while delivering quality candidates. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing and employer branding with volume hiring.
• Portfolio required for strong design skills.
• Experience sourcing across multiple channels (job boards, social media, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Proactively perform targeted searches using multiple recruitment tools and channels.
• Conduct passive candidate sourcing and outreach through research and talent pools.
• Maintain up-to-date reports of sourcing activity and pipeline status.
• Conduct outreach on social media to generate passive leads.
• Partner with Recruiting Team to understand their needs and daily pipelines.
• Host virtual hiring events for ramp periods and campaigns.
