Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or high-volume sourcing.
• Experience sourcing for volume hiring and awareness through social channels.
• Portfolio of design work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively search and generate candidate leads across multiple recruitment tools.
• Source passive candidates via research, social networks, and talent pools.
• Maintain accurate reports on sourcing activity and pipeline status.
• Outreach on social channels to generate passive leads and daily CRM activity.
• Host virtual hiring events and blast campaigns across channels.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Team to understand needs and meet quotas.
• Support Senior Sourcing Manager with reporting and special projects.
