Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Senior Assistant, Source to Pay, to deliver efficient accounts payable and vendor support across the organization. You will act as the primary contact for ANZ vendors and internal stakeholders, handling payment proposals, urgent invoice postings, and routine reconciliations.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 3–5 years’ experience in AP, S2P, or shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in Accounts Payable or Source-to-Pay in a shared services setup.
• Solid understanding of S2P processes and vendor inquiries.
• Experience with SAP or similar financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Source-to-Pay support for ANZ market.
• Serve as main contact for vendors and stakeholders via phone, email and Service Desk.
• Prepare and execute payment proposals and urgent invoice postings.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and internal controls.
