Acquire Intelligence in Manila is seeking a Senior Solutions Researcher (Team Lead) to research U.S. ACA health plans, verify provider networks, and guide a growing team of researchers.

This is an onsite, night-shift role based in Eastwood City, Quezon City. You will train researchers, review work for accuracy, and maintain complete audit trails while delivering precise, well-documented findings to support healthcare access decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. healthcare, health insurance, or related field.
• Ability to supervise/train or review work of others.
• Excellent written and spoken English and comfort communicating with U.S. carriers and providers.
• Strong organization and case-management skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work fixed overnight schedule (Philippine time).

Responsibilities

• ACA health plan and provider-network research using approved sources.
• Verify formulary details and drug tiers.
• Document research with audit-ready records and summaries.
• Train and review Solutions Researchers; manage workload and coaching.
• Perform research directly when needed to meet deadlines.
