Acquire Intelligence is seeking an onsite night-shift Provider Network & Healthcare Operations Analyst in Ortigas. You will verify U.S. provider networks and health-plan information, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain clear evidence for every finding.

You will conduct network and plan research, validate provider details, and escalate unresolved results with thorough documentation. Strong English and detailed-oriented research are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare, provider services, provider data, credentialing, or other detail-intensive roles.
• Comfortable validating provider information across multiple sources.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Able to communicate professionally with U.S. healthcare organizations.
• Available for onsite night-shift work in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Verify physicians, specialists, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.
• Confirm exact plan and network participation.
• Validate provider identity, specialty, practice, address, and location.
• Review carrier websites, plan documents, directories, and approved sources.
• Investigate conflicting or incomplete provider information.
• Contact carriers or provider offices when sources are insufficient.
• Maintain complete evidence for each research result.
• Record verification-call details and supporting sources.
• Write concise summaries other reviewers can reproduce and validate.

You’ll research U.S. healthcare provider networks and supporting health-plan information. Because network participation can vary by plan, location, provider, and coverage year, accuracy and evidence-based verification are central to the role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provider Network Research

• Verify physicians, specialists, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.

• Confirm exact plan and network participation.

• Validate provider identity, specialty, practice, address, and location.

Healthcare Plan Research

• Review carrier websites, plan documents, directories, and approved sources.

• Investigate conflicting or incomplete provider information.

• Contact carriers or provider offices when online sources are insufficient.

Coverage Support

• Research prescription formulary information when required.

• Review applicable restrictions and coverage requirements.

• Escalate unresolved findings rather than making assumptions.

Documentation

• Maintain complete evidence for each research result.

• Record verification-call details and supporting sources.

• Write concise summaries another reviewer can reproduce and validate.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• At least 2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare, provider services, provider data, credentialing, healthcare operations, insurance, research, or another detail-intensive role.

• Comfortable validating provider information across multiple sources.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Able to communicate professionally with U.S. healthcare organizations.

• Comfortable following detailed research and documentation requirements.

• Available for onsite night-shift work in Ortigas.
