Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is hiring a Software Architect to lead requirements definition, solution design and systems integration. You will architect end-to-end solutions, covering application, database, infrastructure and integration components with a focus on scalability and security.

You will translate requirements into high-level designs, coordinate with stakeholders, and produce detailed documentation and guidelines to support delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience with system architecture, infra design and database structure.
• At least 2 years in web or mobile app development.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and software design patterns.
• Proficiency in PHP, Java, Python or .NET.
• Infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Web service integration via SOAP/REST/JSON/XML.
• Experience with integration protocols such as SMPP, EMI, UCP, HTTP.
• Version control with SVN or Git.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposal generation by reviewing requirements and estimating effort.
• Translate requirements into high level application design and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide technical solutions for Application, Database, Infrastructure, and Integration architectures.
• Architect end-to-end solutions with detailed designs for scalability and security.
• Design system components and integration strategies across disparate systems.
• Define software modules and ensure data flow and interoperability.
• Apply data modeling and design techniques based on detailed requirements.
• Develop physical design elements and data storage/access mechanisms.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design docs, and implementation guidelines.
• Conduct architecture reviews to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with solutions.
