Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, technology delivery, or enterprise applications.
• Strong background in banking, financial services, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with digital platforms, customer-facing applications, or transaction-based systems.
• Knowledge of application architecture, APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud technologies.
• Experience working with complex systems requiring high availability, security, and scalability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end solution architecture for banking platforms and applications.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, and solution recommendations.
• Define reusable architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Support modernization initiatives across applications, integrations, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and technology leaders.
• Identify technology risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor architects and technical teams to strengthen delivery capabilities.
