About the Role

The Solutions Architecture Lead we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architecture Lead to join our team and drive the architectural vision & implementation for complex systems and enterprise solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of architects and technical experts, collaborating with business leaders, product owners, IT teams, development teams and vendor partners to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions architecture that are aligned to the Enterprise Architecture, are future-proof and meet business objectives. As the Solutions Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for making key architectural decisions and ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and strong problem-solving abilities to guide the technical direction of projects, mentor junior architects, and play a key role in shaping the technical culture and capabilities of the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Architectural Leadership – Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, are scalable, secure, maintainable, and delivered within planned timelines and budgets. Define and drive the technical strategy for large and/or high-visibility projects. Make key decisions on system design, integrations, technology stack, and deployment.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship – Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of architects, guiding them in developing technical solutions, adhering to best practices, and applying architectural principles. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, project managers, and engineering teams, to gather requirements, ensure alignment on goals, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor for technical direction.
• Solution Design & Strategy – Define technical solutions across various domains, ensuring alignment with business strategy, cost-effectiveness, and future scalability. Oversee the technical architecture of complex systems from design to deployment, emphasizing security, performance, reliability, resiliency, and integration with existing systems.
• Hands-On Technical Expertise – Provide strategic direction while actively contributing to technical development through design, code, and documentation reviews. Participate in hands-on development during critical phases or when resolving complex technical challenges.
• Risk Management & Compliance – Identify and assess technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure solutions comply with relevant industry regulations, data privacy requirements, security standards, and other applicable compliance frameworks.
• Technical Roadmap & Innovation – Define and maintain the organization’s long-term technical roadmap. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to improve architecture, processes, and performance. Advocate for innovation and the adoption of best practices, including cloud-native development, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with DevOps, infrastructure, QA, security, and other technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, and optimized for production. Support smooth deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of solutions.
• Users & Vendor Interaction – Engage with business users, operations teams, and vendors to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure third-party services and technologies are integrated effectively, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Maintain high-quality documentation for architectural decisions, system designs, integration guides, and technical specifications. Share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices across the organization to promote continuous improvement.
