Job summary

AboitizPower, a leading energy company in the Philippines, seeks a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee on-site quality assurance and control for civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works. You will ensure EPC contractors comply with approved drawings, codes, and the project Quality Management System, while managing NCRs and field testing.

Critical duties include verification of field construction, ITP execution, material inspections, and coordination with project teams to drive quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• At least five years related engineering experience, with 3+ years QA/QC in utility-scale solar PV plants.
• Registered/Licensed Professional Engineer.
• CWI or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site quality assurance and quality control operations.
• Ensure EPC contractor complies with design drawings and codes.
• Execute and enforce the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and field tests.
• Track NCRs and prepare weekly/monthly quality performance reports.
• Inspect inbound materials and witness site milestones (SAT, FAT).
