Job summary

HireMe.ph seeks a Solar Maintenance Engineer to oversee the PMS business, set maintenance standards, and lead field teams. You will ensure quality during site visits and generate service reports, acting as the technical authority for fault diagnosis and corrective actions.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Electrical Engineering, a PRC-licensed REE, and 2–3 years of hands-on solar PV experience, with strong English reporting and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree required.
• PRC-licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in solar PV commissioning, troubleshooting, or O&M.
• Experience leading on-site field technicians, junior staff, or sub-contractors.
• Basic fault-finding capability on commercial and industrial solar systems.
• Familiarity with major inverter monitoring portals (Huawei, Sungrow).
• Competent use of standard electrical test instruments like clamp meters and digital multimeters.
• Ability to write clear, professional technical and service reports in English.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall responsibility for the PMS business and service scopes offered to clients.
• Manage schedules committed to under contract.
• Ensure technical quality of every site visit.
• Issue service reports.
• Establish maintenance standards.
• Build and train the field team.
• Serve as final technical authority on fault diagnosis and corrective works.
