ProSource is hiring a full-time Ruby on Rails engineer to join a fully remote, highly skilled distributed team. You will develop full-stack features, write automated tests, and own end-to-end delivery while collaborating with Product and UX to clarify requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong SQL query and database design skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, production-ready code across the full stack.
• Own features end to end: implementation, tests, reviews, releases.
• Diagnose and resolve defects across the stack.
• Review pull requests and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to clarify requirements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate progress.
• Share knowledge with the pod and mentor less experienced engineers.
