Job Description:

We are currently looking fora Ruby on Rails developer for a full-time position based in our Cebu office, with a flexible work arrangement. The Ruby on Rails developer will be designing, developing, and testing software applications. Additionally, they will maintain existing codebases, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. We expect good communication skills in English and a positive attitude, along with a high level of commitment and responsibility, to be agile and dedicated to high-quality work.

Education: BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, information engineering, or a related subject or equivalent experience

Experiences:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer working on a platform, of which is at least 2 years' experience in Ruby on Rails development
  Knowledge/Skills
• Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
• Experience with API development and integration
• Experience with database management systems, SQL Server
• Basic Unix knowledge
• Basic Docker knowledge

• Understanding of cloud services like Azure or AWS is a plus
