Job summary

Blueberry seeks an experienced Senior Engineer for its Engage squad in Taguig, Manila. You will work across the full stack, from backend services to React frontend, impacting customer retention and business growth.

Expect collaboration with product, design, and engineering, mentoring peers, and raising technical standards while staying hands-on with code. You’ll own features end-to-end, contribute to architecture, and help evolve engineering practices in a fast-paced fintech/engagement

Qualifications

• Experience with full-stack development and backend technologies (preferably .NET)
• Proven ability to ship production software used by real customers
• Solid secure coding practices and knowledge of DevSecOps
• Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills
• Ability to own features from planning through production support
• Excellent collaboration across engineering, product, and design teams

Responsibilities

• Own features from design through deployment and ongoing improvements
• Build and improve client portal, trading platforms, and partner systems
• Deliver scalable solutions for backend services and React frontend
• Mentor and guide other engineers and influence architectural decisions
