Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java 8+; Java 11+ preferred.
• Spring and Spring Boot experience.

• RESTful API development experience.

• People and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct manager for a team of 6-10 engineers across different technology skills.
• Set objectives and conduct Performance Evaluations; provide feedback and career planning.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with Principal Engineers to develop skills.
• Mentor and coach engineers.
• Recruitment (on/off boarding), hiring, and training of new talent.
• Ensure individuals and team align with company policies and compliance.
