Job summary

Blueberry Markets Group is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Engage squad, building the customer experience after onboarding. You’ll influence architecture, own features end-to-end, and work across client portal, trading platforms, and partner systems.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering to deliver secure, scalable software. You’ll balance technical quality with business outcomes, guide code reviews, and mentor peers while shaping

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with backend technologies, ideally .NET, alongside React frontend development.
• Proven experience building and shipping production software used by real customers.
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices, quality engineering, DevSecOps principles, and AWS infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical quality and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own features from technical design through deployment and ongoing improvements.
• Build and enhance customer-facing products across client portal, trading platforms, retention experiences, and partner ecosystem.
• Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions across backend services and React-based frontend applications.
• Mentor and support other engineers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
• Contribute to architectural decisions that support long-term platform growth.
• Champion secure coding practices, quality engineering, and modern development standards.
