You will collaborate with product managers, mentor junior engineers, and drive code reviews and quality assurance across projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ORMB software development experience.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in leveraging AI/ML in software solutioning.
• Sound knowledge on Latest AI Capabilities - RAG , Agentic Development , Gen AI.
• Sound knowledge of Java.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems.
• Make architectural decisions and review designs from other engineers.
• Lead by example in coding best practices and standards.
• Code review & quality assurance to ensure adherence to standards.
• Mentor junior developers through constructive feedback.
• Testing, debugging, and maintaining unit, integration, and system tests.
• Lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements.
