• Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical field.
• 7+ years software development experience
• 3+ years leading software projects

• Experience in business process automation

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Analysis & Business Requirements activities with department heads to understand challenges and requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications across web, desktop, mobile, or cloud.
• Lead software development projects with timelines, milestones and deployment plans.
• Develop integrations between internal systems and external platforms; automate processes.
• Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of applications throughout the lifecycle.

Senior Software Developer serves as both a technical leader and hands-on developer, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions. The position is expected to drive projects from requirements gathering and solution architecture through development, testing, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing support.

The successful candidate must possess strong technical expertise, business process understanding, project leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with department heads to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week | Shifting Schedule (No Night Shift) Location: 61 C, Roosevelt Ave, Santa Cruz, Quezon City, 1104 Metro Manila
