Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across front-end, back-end and API layers. You will prioritize performance, security and cross‑platform compatibility, while collaborating with the team on architecture and roadmap.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on full stack experience, proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter), REST/SOAP APIs, and a strong command of Git.

FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPMENT

• Create, update, and maintain applications or solutions (front-end, back-end and API) to meet client requirements andspecifications
• Front-end Development (mastery, speed, complexity)

• Write well-organized, efficient, and testable code that consistently guarantees and considers performance, scalability,security and cross-platform responsiveness.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND COLLABORATION

• Participate in project planning, technical requirements gathering, scoping, system design and architecture.

• Assist and support the Technical Development Manager to oversee web and mobile projects from initiation tocompletion
• Communicate clearly and properly with project team members (internally and externally)

PROJECT EXECUTION AND REPORTING

• Estimate amount of technical work and time needed per assigned task
• Ensure prompt delivery of desired output accurately and excellently, according to committed schedule
• Check the output of the team regularly and follow up dependencies accordingly
• Regularly keep track of development progress and provide relevant updates to Development Manager and projectstakeholders

TEAM MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT

• Guide, motivate and mentor junior, regular and senior web and mobile developers
• Help enforce and improve development processes, tools, methodologies, coding practices and standards
• Collaborate with the Technical Development Manager to lead and support efforts to innovate and establish the roadmap ofthe Technical Services Division
