Job summary

GoTyme Bank in the Philippines seeks a Senior Social Media & Community Manager to own the social media ecosystem as a growth and brand-building channel. You will define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and lead the social content studio to meet agreed KPIs.

You will develop and drive strategies to grow the bank's social presence, manage communities, and optimize engagement across owned channels, social listening, and paid amplification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in social media, digital marketing, content strategy or community management.
• Proven track record in growth, engagement and content performance across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading or managing a social media, content, or community team.
• Strong ability to translate business and brand objectives into social strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy and management for GoTyme Bank's channels, ambassadors, and communities.
• Define strategy, priorities and opportunities across owned channels and online communities.
• Translate objectives into social strategies and content priorities aligned with KPIs.
• Set content strategy and calendar, ensuring platform-native, on-brand execution.
• Build and manage organic social presence in relevant spaces and online groups.
• Leverage online communities as amplification channels for products and campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and audience insights to optimize social KPIs.
• Lead paid social investment decisions based on objectives and impact.
• Develop the social media team with clear objectives and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Creative, CS and other units for integrated campaigns.
