Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field.
• Min. 7 years in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, community management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in driving growth, engagement and content performance.
• Experience leading or managing a social media, content, or community team.
• Strong ability to interpret social, audience and campaign data and translate insights into strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, digital culture, emerging trends, creators, online communities, and changing audience behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and management of GoTyme Bank's owned social media channels, KOLs and ambassadors, online communities and the social content studio.
• Define and own GoTyme Bank's social media, KOL and community strategy, translating objectives into clear priorities.
• Develop strategies to grow social presence and effectiveness across all owned channels.
• Translate objectives into content priorities that drive reach and engagement across channels.
• Set the overall content strategy and calendar aligned with GoTyme Bank's brand and business KPIs.
• Build and manage GoTyme's organic social community presence and identify opportunities for authentic engagement.
