Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field.
• Min. 7 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy.
• Experience leading a social media, content, or community team.
• Proven track record in driving growth, engagement and content performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management of GoTyme Bank's social channels and communities.
• Translate objectives into clear social strategies and initiatives.
• Grow presence across owned channels and measure KPIs with data.
