Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Sr Cybersecurity Engineer to join the Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Manila.

You will monitor and respond to security alerts from SIEM, endpoint security, firewalls, and other tools, performing incident response and forensics as needed. You will lead SecOps pillars and drive remediation, vulnerability reviews, and support security projects worldwide, with a focus on malware handling and DLP monitoring.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical Bachelor's degree; 5–8 years related experience or a Master's with 2–5 years; PhD with 0–2 years acceptable.
• Hands-on experience handling malware events, incident response, and forensics.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 SOC engineer, monitor and respond to security alerts from SIEM and security tools.
• Lead incident response activities including discovery, threat analysis, and containment.
• Monitor and respond to DLP alerts and incidents.
• Support security services requests from customers and review security-related changes.
• Oversee operations and technical implementations of SecOps projects.
