Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join the GRC Information Security team. You will coordinate audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation activities for internal and external audits, while supporting certification, compliance, and risk assessment efforts across the business and technology landscape.

You will map regulatory requirements to controls in OneTrust and related tools, perform gap analyses, and drive remediation with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, IT risk, compliance, audit, or related roles.
• Experience configuring/administrating GRC platforms like OneTrust, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, AuditBoard or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation tracking for internal and external audits.
• Support certification, compliance, and assessment activities with stakeholders and auditors.
• Lead risk assessments using defined criteria and track treatment plans and remediation.
• Map regulations and standards to controls and evidence within the GRC platform.
• Perform control mapping, gap analysis, and compliance assessments against frameworks and policies.
• Support control testing, evidence collection, and continuous monitoring for control effectiveness.
