Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Sr Cybersecurity Engineer to join the Security Operations team. You will monitor alerts from SIEM and tools, perform incident response including threat analysis and containment, and support DLP monitoring and investigations.

The role includes leading a SecOps pillar and assisting with security projects across regions. Strong SIEM and security tooling experience, cross‑platform systems knowledge (Windows, Linux, Mac), and willingness to cover global hours with a rotation

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5–8 years of related experience, or a Master’s with 2–5 years, or a PhD with 0–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alerts from SIEM and other security tools.
• Lead incident response activities including discovery, threat analysis, containment and remediation.
• Handle DLP monitoring and investigations.
• Process security service requests from customers and review security controls.
• Oversee assigned SecOps pillar and related project implementations.
• Support vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts as needed.
