Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5-8 years related experience.
• Proven incident response and forensics experience.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac systems.
• Ability to cover US, EMEA or APAC working hours on a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Tier 3 SOC engineer, monitoring and responding to security alerts from SIEM and tools.
• Perform incident response including discovery, threat analysis and containment.
• Monitor and respond to DLP alerts and incidents.
• Process security service requests from customers and review threats and blocked content.
• Lead an assigned SecOps pillar and oversee project implementations.
• Support SecOps or other Infosec projects and on-call duties.
• Support or perform vulnerability or penetration testing activities and remediation.
