Job summary

First Circle is hiring a Relationship Manager to serve SME clients with business loan solutions in a fast-growing FinTech. You will build and nurture long-term relationships, assess financial needs, and tailor financing options.

A strong banking/financial services background, excellent communication, and proven networking skills are essential. Hybrid work (2 days in BGC, rest remote) and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relationship management experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or lending.
• Focus or specialization in business loans is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical and decisive with sound judgment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Organizational and networking strengths with business community contacts.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with SME owners as the primary contact.
• Needs Assessment & Financial Advisory: Understand goals and recommend financing solutions.
• Portfolio Management & Client Retention: Manage a portfolio to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Business Development: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Service Excellence & Collaboration: Deliver outstanding service and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
