Job summary

Blackfort seeks a senior Platform SRE to lead reliability initiatives across enterprise platforms. You will drive SRE adoption, define SLOs/SLIs, implement monitoring, and guide on-call responses.

In this role, you will design automation to reduce manual work, perform capacity and performance analysis, and lead RCA for outages. Collaboration with development, security, and infrastructure teams is essential to improve resilience and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Experience defining, implementing, and managing SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• 5+ years in production environments in SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of SRE principles, including SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• Design and implement automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Perform capacity planning and performance analysis for scalable platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting and RCA for complex production issues.
• Participate in incident management, including on-call support.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and preventive actions.
• Use metrics to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Support teams in adopting tooling, processes, and best practices.
