Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to support the reliability, availability, and performance of our fintech platform. This hands-on role requires ownership of end-to-end operations and collaboration with senior engineers and an SRE SME.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong automation skills, and experience in high-availability environments. The position is hybrid, based in Makati, with on-site work several days per month and flexible shift

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Infra Eng.
• Strong automation, IaC, and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in high-availability, transaction-heavy environments.
• Nice-to-have fintech/regulatory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure.
• Write and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• On-call rotations and production support.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, observability.
• Own assigned services and reliability initiatives.
• Respond to production incidents with documented procedures.
