Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Cebu is seeking a senior operations leader to run site office operations and provide Chief of Staff support to the Site Lead. The role ensures a safe, compliant and efficient workplace while coordinating leadership priorities across business units.

You will drive governance routines, space planning, vendor management and cross-functional initiatives, delivering clear plans with owners, milestones and outcomes. A strong background in facilities management and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• 5-10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience in multinational, shared services, BPO, or similar corporate environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, vendor and contract management, strategic planning, governance, KPI management, risk management, business continuity, compliance, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented leader with the ability to drive operational excellence and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities, repairs and maintenance; ensure workplace health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage local vendors and onsite contractors, including contracts, service levels, performance, issues and renewals.
• Own seat allocation, space planning, reception, visitor management, office equipment, supplies and inventory.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Site Lead; translate priorities into clear plans, owners, milestones and outcomes.
• Coordinate leadership governance: agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decisions, action logs and timely follow-through.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects and special initiatives without a natural owner; track risks,dependencies, KPIs and escalation needs.
• Improve information flow across site leadership
• Support crisis response, business continuity and site-wide events, visits and employee engagementactivities.
