HRTX in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Head of Facilities to oversee site operations, safety, and space planning in a hybrid setting (3× a week on-site). The role drives leadership priorities into actionable plans, manages contractors, and coordinates site events and communications with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in facilities or corporate real estate, proven leadership of teams and cross-functional projects, and strong governance, risk, and continuity

Key Responsibilities
Site Operations: Oversee facilities, repairs, safety compliance, space planning, equipment, and office logistics.
Chief of Staff Support: Turn leadership priorities into action plans, run leadership meetings, and track decisions and KPIs.
Vendor & Project Management: Manage contractor SLAs, contracts, cross-functional projects, and site risk/continuity plans.
Site Engagement: Coordinate crisis response, site-wide events, executive visits, and internal communications.
Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA or Master's is an advantage).
Domain Experience: 5–10 years in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or a related field (multinational, shared services, or BPO experience highly preferred).
Leadership & Projects: Minimum 5 years managing teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and 5+ years leading cross-functional projects.
Operations Knowledge: Strong background in facilities operations, vendor/contract management, strategic planning, governance, KPI management, risk management, compliance, and business continuity.
Core Competencies: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
