Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture with a valid RLA license, 2–3 years of site supervision experience, and strong AutoCAD skills; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Licensed and registered Architect (RLA) is required.
• 2–3 years of site supervision or construction experience is required.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp or Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor architectural works at the project site.
• Ensure construction aligns with approved plans, drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and other documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design requirements.
• Identify and resolve architectural and site-related issues and provide technical recommendations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion according to schedule.
• Coordinate revisions and design changes with design and construction teams.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and project records.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company standards.
