Partners Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner to deliver and enhance enterprise workflow solutions that improve user experience, streamline operations, and support business objectives. The role blends ServiceNow expertise with AI-driven innovation and leadership across platform evolution.

You will mentor teams, promote engineering standards, and drive continuous improvement while balancing stakeholder needs and enterprise goals in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including architecture and custom development.
• Proven track record leading enterprise ServiceNow programs.
• Strong ServiceNow APIs and integration knowledge.
• Experience with Agile product ownership and backlog management.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships for request intake, prioritization and alignment with objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on platform capabilities, risks and opportunities.
• Balance technical feasibility, business impact and resources for decisions.
• Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and custom apps.
• Define development standards, governance models and best practices.
• Oversee internal and external development teams for quality code.
• Engage business units to understand needs and define value-driven use cases.
• Lead backlog management, sprint planning and release coordination.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions for cross-functional workflows.
• Evaluate new capabilities and third-party integrations.
• Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
