Job summary

E-Solutions in the Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Support Developer to provide platform support, enhancements, defect resolution, and implementation of new capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. You will work with business stakeholders, platform administrators, architects, and support teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Hands-on Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Service Catalog and Request Management.
• Knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Update Sets and Source Control.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and maintain Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform incidents and defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
• Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
• Support production deployments, releases, and change implementation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to deliver platform enhancements.
