The role requires expert ServiceNow configuration, ITSM process knowledge, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket lifecycle management.

The candidate will act as SME, lead technical problem-solving efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous service improvement.

Formación

• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Ability to perform incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
