Job summary

ABSI is seeking hands-on ServiceNow Developers and Consultants across CL10, CL9, and CL8. The role focuses on platform configuration, scripting, custom workflow automation, module delivery, and system integrations.

You will participate in end-to-end project deliveries, contribute to sprint planning, and document technical designs. Candidates should have core ServiceNow exposure, API integration experience, and Agile delivery background.

Qualifications

• Module exposure in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD or CSM or custom apps.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and IntegrationHub.
• Active participation in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on platform configuration and client scripting.
• Automate complex workflows and design custom components.
• Take end-to-end ownership of ServiceNow modules and workstreams.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and review code.
